We are seeking an experienced BI Platform Application Lead to be part of a global team. As a BI Platform Application Lead, you will be responsible to work on Incident Management and Issue Resolution in production environment and manage a small offshore team.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for interacting with client BRM, business associates and third party vendors for applications.
Participate in solutioning, driving continuous improvement initiatives, automation, optimizing environments for operational stability, incident reduction, and improving SLA.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including automation, optimizing environments for operational stability, deep dives on incident reduction, and SLA improvement.
Work with stakeholders, including the Product Owner and Client SMEs, to understand business requirements.
Schedule tests for execution, monitor progress, measure product quality control, report on test results, and adjust the test plan as needed for evolving conditions.
Provide effective status reporting to the client.
Engage in end to end defect management.
Knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery pipelines.
This role will require 20% onsite in the office in Washington D.C. Occasional Travel, once in a quarter if client requests.
Basic Qualifications:
